Rapid Rooter

Just had my septic done today. Let me tell you, the level of care this company gives is mind-blowing. Professional, informative, helpful, I could go on forever. Spoke to owner Mike to schedule on Saturday. Considering what I went through with a different company before, he had his manager Randy come out and take care of everything. He went above and beyond and I can now be at ease. Would absolutely use them again and I HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND them! Thanks Mike !!

We needed a plumber asap and a good friend recommended Rapid Rooter Plumbing. TJ, one of their technicians was at our house within 2 hours from my call. He was totally professional and all business working non-stop from the minute he arrived. Our water in our bathroom bathtub would not stop running needing a new cartridge. He new exactly what needed to be replaced and repaired and explained everything in detail.
